Post Waiting my parcel for 55 days

My parcel still hasn't arrived to Turkey. It has been 55 days as it was ordered on 11-23-2015. I want to be informed about where my parcel is and why it hasn't arrived yet.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RI760397186CN was rejected in Guangzhou customs. you can not get the parcel.

You should open dispute to ebay/aliexpress asap.
