Hi my order was shipped on February 25 and it still has not arrived. I tracked my package and it says origin post is preparing shipment. It's been 35 days. How long till I receive my package?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LT353103209CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to US on Feb 26.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in Chicago,US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
