Post US Customs # in database mean it is in China?

Does finding my package in this database mean my package is in China? Where is the Customs number scanned? I shipped a package from California to Schhenzhen via USPS First Class Mail (stupidly, I know). The customs form number is showing up here ...

USPS first class parcel can not be scanned in China. You can not know the location and delivery status in china.
