http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=EA541503726CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Dec 15. It is waiting for flight space to UK.

Now is Xmas rush season, it is difficult to give you ETA. Based on our previous experience, you are very likely to get this item after New Year holiday.

When is the New Year holiday? Just January 1st? Does this mean it has still not left China?

Based on our stat, you have less than 40% chance to get it before the end of December. It is more likely to arrive in January.

Yes. It is still in China. Once parcel arrives UK, http://track-chinapost.com/track_parcelforce.php?code=EA541503726CN will show UK location.

Other tracking systems say 'flight departure'. How do I know which one is correct? Is there any way to find out when it will leave if it has not already left? If I don't receive this soon I will lose my job. I'm at my wit's end with this. How can 'express post' not have left the country after 11 days?
