Post Unsuccessful delivery

I myself live in New Zealand but I purchased labels from Poland to be delivered to China and it says unsuccessful delivery on the 16th May. How do I find out why this delivery was unsuccessful and where my labels are now?!

you'd better post tracking number to get help.

Normally if the parcel delivery is unsuccessful, it means the parcel address is wrong or the parcel address is outside China Post delivery range. You need ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and try to pickup the parcel.

I also have a parcel that shows unsuccessful delivery.My post tracking number is CZ002204911SG. The tracking showed "unsuccessful delivery" on 4 different days. May I check why? The delivery times were around 7pm -9pm but the recipient advised they are open until 8am-12am.
Please advise what is the reason for unsuccessful delivery. Thank you.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel is in Guangdong 开平水口 Post office. You need ask receiver go to that post office to pickup the parcel asap. The parcel address should have delivery problem.
