Hi,I've sended a package at Gearbest for D.O.A but in the tracking says that there was an Unsuccessful delivery
Here is the log:
Local date/time Activity Location Remarks
15-Apr-2017 08:30 Received by Post Office MALPENSA LON
15-Apr-2017 10:10 Departure export customs MALPENSA LON
18-Apr-2017 16:03 Arrival Import customs BEIJING
24-Apr-2017 06:32 Unsuccessful delivery 51805402 /9
What I can do now? I don't want that the package comes back to home,please help me

you should ask receiver call china post hot line 11185 and try to pickup the parcel.

Are you receiver? If yes, find a friend who can speak Chinese and call 11185. Otherwise the parcel might be returned .

You should ask receiver contact China Post.
