Hi,

Apparently there was an attempt to deliver my parcel to me. Now the status says: 2016-09-14 09:41:00.0 西安express 龙首揽投部 attempt delivery
My question is: can I go to the local post office to get the parcel myself? I live on 31st floor in a big block of flats. From what I saw the delivery guys never bother to get the parcel to the door, they just phone people so they come down to get the parcel (they don't have my phone number so it's not going to happen). That's why I'm worrying that I won't get my parcel at all. Where should I go or who should I contact?

1. I guess we don't have to worry anymore the parcel was deliver:
2016-09-17 16:51:31.0 西安express 龙首揽投部 delivered
