Post Unable to track which post office was my parcel sent to

I am waiting for my parcel from Pakistan to China.
Tracking number RB003729495PK
The last update shows it has been at a post office with no mention of the address for over 1 week.
No one called or messaged me to know which post office.
I am a foreigner, it's hard for me to communicate in Mandarin. Please help.

the parcel was delivered by China Post Hangzhou office(秋涛北路投递组) on July 29.
