Hi,

I have two E-packet shipments that left China on the 22nd October yet they have not landed in the UK yet, are these lost?

1. You are aware that e packet can take from 6 to 12 working days for delivery excluding the time spent at the Customs Office in both countries.

3. If Royal Mail did not scan your parcel yet might be because their is to much work to be done at Heathrow Airport. You just have to continue to track your parcel on Royal Mail site for any movement.
