Good day,
Is it possible that I can find some feedback on this... I see two attempted deliveries - my son is still waiting for this parcel.

Parcel No.CN004604554ZA tracking result

2016-08-16 12:45:00.0 South Africa received
2016-08-18 09:17:00.0 arrive South Africa 德班 Transit Station
2016-08-18 10:40:00.0 leaving 德班
2016-08-18 10:40:00.0 德班 export customs cleared
2016-08-22 15:06:23.0 Beijing Transit Station import customs scan
2016-08-22 15:46:52.0 Beijing Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )
2016-08-24 10:23:15.0 Wuhan Transit Station import customs scan
2016-08-24 15:19:10.0 Wuhan Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )
2016-08-25 16:18:31.0 Wuhan 江兴路揽投部 attempt delivery

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Is there a post office telephone number that is available?

1. Last tracking I could find is this:

2. The above tracking is from here:

3. The parcel is ready to be pick up. Your son should go to the closest China Post to find out exactly where is the parcel at because translation sometimes are not obvious for China Post Office.

4. China Post Hot Line: 11185 but the speak only in Mandarin.
