Have ordered from April. Still no sign from the parcel.

RC621315443CN seems stuck in shanghai customs. it might be rejected by officer for safety reason or simply delayed by airline shortage in shanghai airport.

we suggest you wait one more week and open a dispute 2 or 3 days before protection deadline.

Why are they stuck in shanghai customs? Safety reason?

if your parcel has battery inside, it might be stuck in customs forever.
