RV877897541CN was shipped to Portugal in April and then was returned to China.

If you paid with PayPal/aliexpress, I suggest you open dispute for refund.

But the distination country Tunisia, not Portugal, is it returned to the sender or will came to Tunisia!!?

so far the parcel was returned to china and I can not see any update showing it will be sent to Tunisia. This is the reason I suggest you open dispute to claim refund.
