http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LY849231545CN shows the parcel left china post warehouse in Zhengzhou on Oct 18. Next station will be USPS warehouse in SFO.

You can not see new status until the parcel passes US customs scan. This might take 10 to 20 days. Once USPS get the parcel from US customs, you will see something like ISC San Francico in USPS tracking page.
