Post Tracking stuck in the same status for 6 days

Hello china post

Tracking number is RS072146230CN
Last status is "leaving Guangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport", and it's not changing.
Why is this ?
Dose it mean it left china ?

please find below what I can find on your shipment:-

There is actually some serious problems going on with the Guangzhou airport which your shipment is currently at.

Frankly speaking, it is very difficult to say whether your shipment has left China or not. My advice is for you to keep on tracking the status for the next 7 - 10 days. If there is no updates (meaning that the status remains the same - Leaving parcel center【 Guangzhou航站】 Sent to airline China Post, then, the chance is good that your parcel has managed to get on board of a plane and is on its way to you.

Based on my own experiences and the experiences of many others, shipments that have to go through the Guangzhou airport have to go through the same process repeatedly i.e. Leaving parcel center【 Guangzhou航站】 Sent to airline China Post for 4 - 9 times before the shipment can finally managed to get on board an airplane.

On a related note, just to share with you that we are all here as volunteers. We are not China Post. We are here to assist and give some solutions/ideas to other buyers that have been buying or using China Post as a mean of transportation of their orders.

I am having same problem. Its stuck in Guangzhou since 17th june till now. ..it says depart twice but does it really depart?
Usually it would reach SG by now. Thanks

We have not much choice my friend other than to wait patiently. The normal ETA to Malaysia for shipments from other ports would be around 1.5 - 2 weeks. But, if your shipment have to go through the Guangzhou airport, then, it may require up until 1.5 - 2 months to arrive. Again, this is based on my own experience.

You may check on these shipments if you like RM694676831CN, RM679884457CN, RJ783995956CN and RO229881973CN

Hi,

My advice is for you to keep tracking for around 7 - 10 days. If there is not change in the status, then, the chances are good that your shipment has finally left China.

Hi,

I guess you're among the luckiest ones.

The latest tracking information on your shipment is:-

Jun 23, 2016 05:26 am 【 Guangzhou】Departure at origin country China Post

Clearly it means that your shipment has managed to leave the Guangzhou airport and is on its way to you.

Now you may have to check on the ETA to your country.

I suppose I am lucky. I saw many people complaining about things that don't go as they sold in Guangzhou Airport.
