Post Tracking status is not updating

My parcel with tracking RF071322525CN is not updating since August 23 ,2015.It was received last August 23 but it never update until now.Destination country is also unknown.Should I file dispute to the seller to ask for refund?

It's been over 2 weeks and still your package does not seems to be handed over to the china post does rings alarm bell. Ask the seller for one last time about the package's status and wait for a day or two. If status remains the same then open a dispute and claim refund.
