My receiver is waiting on two DHL GlobalMail Packet Plus parcels from the USA. Tracking shows that both parcels have arrived in Qingdao, and one was attempted to be delivered 3 times. I also used the China Post Chinese language tracking website http://intmail.11185.cn/zdxt/yjcx/ which shows the same info.

However, the receiver called the post office on 11185 and was told that neither parcel had reached Qingdao.

How many times will they try to deliver the parcel?
How long will they hold it for pickup before they return it?

BTW, on your About Us page it says, "You can directly call China Post by phone number （+86）11185." But this number cannot be called from out side China. Can you provide a phone number for the Qingdao Post Office that can be called from outside China?

Thanks for your reply. This is not a seller, but my friend's office where I am receiving an item sent from the USA. The address is correct.

They were in the office all day on 2017-09-28 and nobody tried to deliver an item.

They also called the Qingdao Post Office on 11185/11183 and were told both parcels had not arrived in Qingdao yet. These numbers cannot be called from outside China.

I just tried calling 青島 延安三路 郵局 +86 532 8389 0131 that I found on Google Maps. They said it's not their department and to call the 包裹局, but didn't have the number and told me to look it up myself.

Can you help provide the phone number of the 青島郵局包裹局?
