Please Help!

I've made a purchase and delivery was expected around 20th September-16th October so is very late!
Tracking number is RN642628226CN!
Status says in transit but has said in transit for 41 days:(
Can anyone help and tell me where my parcel is?

3. From the above tracking one can assume that your parcel never departed China. You should contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel and give him the tracking on para 1.

4. Depending on his answer, if it does not meet your expectation, then you could open a dispute to get your money back because you have not receive your parcel.
