Hi,

I sent a package from Belgium to Guanzhong province China since November 2018. The last update was on 13th of March (sent to airport). Can anyone please give me an update on the package??? I need to know where it is, it is of high value and needs to be delivered to Banggood Technology Ltd. (wrong laptop delivery..). This has been 5 months so far.

Tracking number is EA147100980BE.

EA147100980BE arrived Guangzhou customs on Feb 27. But it never delivered. It should have some customs clearance problem. You need ask receiver call china post hotline 11185, try to pay duty and pickup the parcel.
