Post Tracking numbers not updating?

I ordered some packages on December 11, 2016 and one of them hasn't updated since December 13, and the seller is not very helpful.

LT577774907CN

Then this one hasn't updated since the 2nd

LT607660976CN

Can anyone help me find my packages?

try going to customer service in the Chinese version of 'China EMS' and telling them your problem using a translator, (one sentence at a time)...
or email china post logistics from shipping.ems.com.cn, this email: [email protected], China EMS gave it to me. (you can email from gmail or any US email provider, and thats what I did)
