Hi there.

I ordered an item online on the 9th March. Using this site, I see that the last update of its where about was on the 22nd March saying, leaving 郑州帐单center ，next station 郑州international.

I expected it to arrive latest this week but with no update on its whereabouts for more than a month I am starting to get worried.

Can anyone please help with telling me where it is, and how much longer I will be waiting on it?

Any help will be much appreciated

11 digit pure numeric number like 41070013916 is china post ordinary parcel. It is cheap and slow service for low value item. China Post will not pay labor to scan and update its status after it left original office.

If seller use such service, he should be responsible for lost parcel risk. Normally it will arrive destination in 4 to 10 weeks. If over that time frame, you should open dispute for lost parcel refund from seller.
