Post Tracking Number?

LT191392015CN.
It has been a week since the 'seller marked it shipped'.

"September 17, 2016
4:35 PM
Seller marked shipped, but the post office has not yet processed the parcel"
And no updates.

Seller said this:
"Dear：
Do not worry, you can wait a few days, I would urge the post office mail delivery of product updates as soon as possible，thanks ！！！"

Please help.

1. It can take up to 10 days for a parcel to register into the China Post System. If after 10 days you still can not track your parcel, then you need to contact again the seller and ask him if he did physically mail the parcel.

2. If by any chances the respond does meet your expectations, then open a dispute to get your money back.

1. Sorry forget to tell you. Your tracking number is a valid tracking number. I was not able to track your parcel.

3. This type of parcel is what is call China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus and sometime there is little tracking to it. Also this type of parcel can only be track in China not in your country. Also it can take from 30 to 60 days for delivery.

4. May I suggest your read this according to the tracking info on your parcel so far:

What does the status “Export Security Scan” mean? How long it will take?

5. If by next Friday you don't see any new tracking for your parcel, may I suggest you contact seller and ask him to contact China Post to make sure the parcel pass the Export Security scan and there is no problem with your parcel.
