1. You might want to contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel. In normal condition parcel to Italy can take up to 28 days to arrive in the estimated maximum time. When your parcel was mail it was the Holiday Season so maybe there is some delay.

2. A lot of people are complaining about not receiving their parcel to Italy, so I wounder id it's not the Italy Customs that are holding the process of clearing the parcel for delivery. Maybe they have to many pacels to check and not enough manpower to do the job.
