Post tracking number invalid ? Froud?

Dear sirs I've received the following track number 02261484183 for an order made on 17 sept 2015. I'm not able yet to check the delivery, after 14 days could you tell me which courrier use this kind of track numnber nobody seems to have 11 digit number as this.

02261484183 looks like china post regular airmail format. You can not track much information for such kind of parcel

. Normally such parcel is slow and will travel about 40 days to reach destination. If you paid over 40 days and did not get anything, you should open dispute to seller.

RK322782744CN is invalid. seller did not ship you anything yet.
