Hello.

Im getting very frustrated right now, Im waiting for a parcel from China to Sweden, And the tracking number hasnt updated since 27th September, On 27th the parcel left china to their way to sweden, And nothing has been updated. So its been like 2-3 weeks without any updates.

Can you please help me with this?

LX500144745CN should be delayed due to national holiday. please wait one more week, it should arrive.

Hey,
I have the same problem, my cousin sent me a small package from Shanghai to the Netherlands, and also was on the 27 of September, still no updates till now! So annoying!

Hello, can you please check on my package, EE470664135CN. It has not moved since 27sep 2017. Can you tell me where is my package? Normally ems takes 7-15 days !! Thanks

shipping time from china to Greece can take up to 60 days. If over 60 days and you still do not get the parcel, open dispute to seller for refund. You can track shipment starting date in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php
