I've ordered clothes from AliExpress and tracked the number via track-chinapost which the package has arrived at UK Exchange Bureau on 28th of August 2015 but it's 6th of September and I still haven't received it?

2015-08-27 08:46 Guangzhou Terminal, left hand navigation

You gotta post your tracking id for us (a fellow aliexpress buyer here) to provide any sort of help possible.

It seems to be at Heathrow Worldwide Distribution Centre. If possible try calling this number +44 1752387112 and query about your package's status.

I'll email Royal Mail first and see what they say as the number is 0845 which costs and normally have to hold the line for 5-10 minutes before getting through to someone
