Hi there! I actually bought it on Feb. 5 but to create the label and gave me the shipping number was on Feb. 12. I have not received any tracking updates and can't find it on their website(It's a diamond painting website) and on your website it only shows China EMS and on the right side of the arrow, it says unknown. I emailed them but they still haven't gotten back to me. Could you please update me on the status of where my package is?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LT311082295CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you are scammed.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.
