I ordered an item from Amazon which was to be delivered on 5 April. I am yet to receive my order. Order Ref.: RF728399511SG

RF728399511SG has nothing to do with china post, it is Singapore Post tracking number. Some Chinese seller use Singapore Post to ship battery item. The parcel will be shipped to Singapore first (takes about 10 to 15 days), then transit from Singapore to other countries.

Singapore Post website shows RF728399511SG was just shipped on April. You should get it in Jun or July 2019.
