Hello, could you please inform me about these 3 shipments with tracking numbers:
RK532279130CN status: leaving Beijing Airport going to next airport/seaport since 2016-11-02
RO240343485CN status: leaving Beijing Airport going to next airport/seaport since 2016-11-09
03940863732 status: China Post Group 无锡city parcel process center customs scan since 2016-10-23

1. For the 2 parcels RK532279130CN and RO240343485CN, you might want to look at this for your country:

2. For those parcels when it arrive in Greece it will be up to Greece Post to scan the parcel or when they can do it and give them to the Customs Office for clearance.

3. Both parcels might be doing this also to get to Greece:
Multi-hop routing:
Routing is a whole separate matter, but suffice it to say that “lowest cost” tends to win out over “fastest speed”. Mail shipments may transit many countries enroute to their destination.

4. For parcel 03940863732, this is what we call China Post Ordinary small Packet Plus can be track in China with limited tracking. Can take from 30 to 60 days to be deliver to your country. Greece Post will deliver your parcel just like a normal letter. If you don't receive the parcel by 15 Dec, then open a dispute for not receiving your parcel.

Hello. I don't know what to do. I use China post more than 5 years. But never have such situation.
Parcels delay more than two monthes. Earlier all parcels come to Ukraine up to 25 day. Usually it takes 15-18 days. Now it is awful statistics

If somebody write official letters to China Post - write me please in private messages

I paid for 5 boxes og 20 kg and don't receive anything yet. Thank you for understanding everybody.

2. Here is a statement for CP number:
SAL: short for Surface Air Lifted. Ships, buses, and trains are used within the sending and receiving countries, but air transport is used between countries. Land and sea transport are used if there are no flights. Usually it takes 15 – 20 working days. The cost is lower than air mail.

3. First thing to find out, are you the buyer or the seller. If you are the buyer then maybe you should contact seller about parcel CP337068772CN. It might be lost or misplace maybe it is in your country and you need to pay some Customs on it. Have you phone Ukraine Post Office about your parcel!

4. For the other parcels CP338070083CN, CP338070097CN, CP338070123CN they are close or a bit over the time frame of the 20 working days. You could also contact seller about those parcel and also the Ukraine Post Office.

Thank you. This information I update on site 30-40 times per day. It is very bad statistics.
Somebody stole my package and it is 20 kg. It is impossible to loose 20 kg
So I am interested where can I write to China Post?
Sure, I can't phone in China because don't know Chinese. But I can write e-mail or maybe they have official site in social network. For example like Facebook.

1. You still did not answer the question are you the seller or the buyer!!!!

2. China Post will not answer any E Mail that you send them.

3. You are not telling anything about the Ukraine Post, was your parcel seize by the Customs in Ukraine!!!!!

4. Maybe you parcel did not go directly to Ukraine by Flight but landed somewhere else and after that it's using land transportation to Ukraine.

I use china post from last one year but Delay was never like this. Then tended to go only 25-30 days for delivery.
