Post Tracking information of many orders not up to date or missing

Hi

Ordering through ePacket over the past month has been a nightmare. I have many orders and for most of them, the shipping information isn't up to date (last updated up to a month ago) or completely missing. Tracking on 5 different platforms didn't bring up any results.

Hence, I would like to have tracking information for the following tracking numbers:

1. LX469993845CN

2. LM608735905CN

3. LM608732538CN

4. LX486948965CN

5. LW854566572CN

6. LW862964219CN

7. LX494487452CN

8. LX494486576CN

9. LX497511439CN

10. LM636943215CN

11. LX506963465CN

12. LX506963329CN

13. LW907215195CN

All of these orders were shipped 1-4 weeks before the Chinese holiday. I must add that this situation is a complete disgrace.

where did you ordered these goods? If they are ordered in ebay/aliexpress/amazon, you can open dispute for compensation.

I ordered everything on AliExpress, for customers.
From my experience, disputes are a good way to go after waiting long enough, meanwhile, my customers are starting to get angry.

Having half of my orders not show proper tracking information is very bad for my business and tells me that the ePacket shipping method is highly not reliable.

Again, if you could give me up to date information on the whereabouts of the above-mentioned tracking numbers I would be grateful.

I ordered A gamepad from aliexpress it reached on mumbai on 5-oct-2017 and the updates are as following.

05/10/2017 17:31:16 India MUMBAI AIR Transfer from office of exchange (Inb) Air JAIPUR SUB FGN POST
05/10/2017 12:34:47 India MUMBAI AIR Receive item at office of exchange (Inb) Air MUMBAI AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE
05/10/2017 07:35:00 Singapore SINGAPORE S05 Send item abroad (EDI-received) Air MUMBAI AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE
04/10/2017 09:59:00 Singapore SINGAPORE S05 Insert item into bag (Otb) Air MUMBAI AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE
why it has not received by jaipur fgn yet and i contacted them and he just ask me about the tracking id and after the he cut the phone without saying anything.
please help me and tell me in how much days they will receive and clear customs of it

the parcel is in India Post Mumbai office. you need contact India Post for delivery detail.
