I would like to know the status of the shipping number RV833509566CN
According to the page it is "arrive customs", but since 28/03
Is there an international code so that I can follow it?

RV833509566CN arrived Argentina customs on Mar 28 but never left there. It should be lost.

You need open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
