Hello I placed an order in February for a product that was shipped out on Feb. 28 it is April 4 and I still have not received my package. The seller keeps making excuses about the coronavirus but I’ve bought from the same location from other sellers and have received my product already. Can you please help track and see what is actually going on with my package I think the seller is lying. Here is my tracking number: LS250076529CN.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LS250076529CN was shipped from Shanghai to USA on Feb 29. It is still in Shanghai airport.

Now coronavirus has cancelled 90% international airlines from china. So China Post has not enough shipping space to send parcels to USA. only small qty luck parcels can catch the 10% shipping chance. Most parcels will have serious delay, this is normal ,no need worry. You just need some patient.

Once parcel arrives USA, usps.com will show arrival data.

If your buyer protection is expiring , you can open dispute to claim refund first, after parcel arrives, then you pay back to seller.
