Post to wait or to open a dispute?

I made first my 1st order with Aliexpress.com on 24 January 2017. I made 5 orders simultaneously (with all stores with good reputation and feedback). Till now, I have not received any of these. The order numbers and their tracking numbers are:

Should i wait or should i go for refund? As the sellers are constantly saying to wait and extending the protection cover by themselves?
