Thanks for your reply. But you can confirm they are on the way? (CP182831084CN, CP118923697CN) Or maybe they have problems with customs in China and they never left China?. Thanks.

you should open dispute to aliexpress immediately no matter they are fake or real. parcel to Peru has high lost rate, none can guarantee you can get the goods in time even the number is real.

Hello, i have several packages that are very delayed. Most of them shows Departure, Beijing Airport but they still don't arrive to Peru ( Some of them have more than 99 days since shipped ). I know that China post have a new policy but i think that non of my packages contain Forbidden items so i still don't understand the delays ( i already received all of my packages sent through other mail services ). Can you please tell me if you are having problems sending the goods? How much time do i have to wait approximately to receive my packages? Please don't tell me that Peru have lost packages problems because i already bought lots of things from China ( 300 or 350 packages) and i only had 2 problems of lost packages in the 5 years that i have been buying from them and this is a very long list of packages that have not arrived to Peru.

shipping to Peru is very very slow since early 2015. The parcels should be delayed in Peru customs. As this is government issue, you can do nothing but waiting.

lo que le escribió tiene razón, desde marzo hay demoras con China Post en Perú. hace unas semanas recibí un paquete después de 3 meses y medio. si llegan, solo que demora. le recomendaría no seguir comprando, a menos que quiera seguir esperando. si generan muchas disputas ya no venderán a Perú.

Dear sir, the packages have not arrived to my country so there is no chance they are delayed in our customs. That can be show because with other postal services i didn´t have any problems with the shipping time ( i even talk to several sellers that told me that they are changing to these carreers because China post is having serious delays shipping the packages). If i am not correct you should have some proof that they are here in Peru so we can go to our customs agent and ask for our packages and why they are delaying

Belle1, es verdad que en Febrero. y Marzo tuvimos problemas con serpost y este fue el motivo de la demora ( Aduanas estuvo funcionando normal, tanto así que hubieron paquetes que fueron entregados sin necesidad que pasen por serpost ya que ellos estaban en huelga ). Por el momento, tengo entendido que se esta voceando una nueva pero todavía no hay fecha prevista ( puede que me equivoque ), pero de igual manera los meses anteriores no han tenido este problema ( como mínimo yo no los tuve con los pedidos que tuve enviados desde otros servicios postales que no fueron China post. Es por eso mi pregunta. De los 200 o 250 paquetes pequeños que he traido en los ultimos 2 años solo he tenido 3 o 4 pérdidas por lo que, personalmente, me parece fuera de contexto que China post se trate de excusar diciendo que tenemos una perdida de paquetes grandes cuando no es así.
