hi, My tracking number is RS535450661CN. my item is struct in Shenzhen Transit Station export customs scan (domestic transit ) for 17days. What is the problem ?Why this is taking so much of time?
the details are as:
2017-02-27 10:14:56.0 Electronic Data Received
2017-03-01 02:46:40.0 parcel center received
2017-03-01 05:19:42.0 parcel center customs scan
2017-03-01 05:21:36.0 leaving parcel center ，next station Shenzhen center
2017-03-01 05:37:31.0 Shenzhen Transit Station export security scan
2017-03-01 14:57:35.0 Shenzhen Transit Station export customs scan (domestic transit )

shipping time to India takes 4 to 8 weeks. you need wait some more time.

your parcels should have left China. No update in China Post tracking system when parcel is outside China because none scan the parcel anymore. Your parcels status are all ok. no need worry. they will arrive Nigeria in 30 to 60 days.

This particular shipment has been in Shenzhen security scan for close to a month now. Please kindly acknowledge that it is abnormal. I ship via China Post almost every week, so I have experience of logistics of tracking and parcel movement and timing. I'm not just compaining as a newbie.
My parcels from Netherlands Post and Singapore Post that was shipped at the same time have arrived/ and or updating normally.
So, kindly look into this before drawing conclusion about my impatience. It's good to point out issues when spotted.

stuck in security scan is quite common. normally this means the parcel has left China and none can update the status anymore. shipping time from China to Nigeria might take up to 7 weeks. you need wait some more time.

I never faced such delay in custom(RS535450661CN) .Package does not contain such thing like battery. My friends who ordered same product from same seller got their product. It took only 2days to clear shenzen custom. Please look into problem.
