Post Stuck on processed facility for 9-10 days

As the title says, my tracking is LT233686499CN. It hasn't been updated since. Where could my package be? Aliexpress said that it will take 12-20 days and it was shipped at September 30th.

2. Normally it takes 8 to 9 days before you can see some movement on your parcel through USPS site. You are now at 10 days, I suspect you should see some movement this week on your parcel.
