Hello i have send a pack from Greece to Shenzhen! the item arived at Beijing(China) at 20/07/2015-08:32
tracking number: RE482366718GR
is there any problem and why takes so long to arive! can some one help me please cause is iportand for me to arive fast at destination!

RE482366718GR just arrived Beijing. ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and pickup the parcel.

i contact the receiver and he said that i need to be wait the will arive at him soon he said to me that no need to call 11185
its this real?
