Hello,
my parcel RH120027929CN is stuck in customs control warehouse for 19 days already. I don't think it's normal, what should I do ? Is there anything wrong with it ?

these 2 numbers are not tracking number and can not be used as shipment proof. if you can not get your goods in 30 days, you should open dispute and claim refund.
