Hi,

My parcel number is RI074660615CN. It's stuck at "In Customs Control Warehouse" status for more than a week now. Can anyone help me out on this?

RI074660615CN status is normal. Parcel to India stuck in customs warehouse within 4 weeks is quite common. you need patient.

This package (RI074660615CN) has gone through export security scan twice and now it is again showing "In customs warehouse". Any help on this?

Still my package status shows "In customs control warehouse". By the way, my package does not contain any batteries (they were just headphones).

Is it normal for packages that contains cheap Headphones to be in customs control warehouse for over 3 weeks ?

in this rush season, stuck in customs within 4 weeks are all normal.

My package has gone back to "In Customs Control Warehouse" status again. This is the third time in the last 3 weeks that my package showing this type of status message (it's been back and forth with export security scan and customs control warehouse).

With just about 2 more weeks of my buyer's protection remaining, is it about time that I open dispute with seller at Aliexpress ? or should I request seller to extend buyer protection time?
