Hi please help me with more info, when I track my parcel RI548727048CN the status I get is, it has left Guangzhou air terminal on 18 July. How long still till it arrives in South Africa.

shipping time to south africa is very slow, it might take 90 days to arrive. you need some patient.

My parcel status now shows its in South Africa but when I phone the JIMC and give then the tracking nr they don't find any record of it. I'm very worried. Please someone help.

Yes, it's because the parcel is in customs. Once it clears customs, then they should have a record.
