Hi,

Why is mine parcel stuck for 15 days? Is mine parcel lost?
Parcelnumber: RS377654682CN

2017-01-03 14:45:52.0 佛山city Post Office parcel 集邮局 received
2017-01-03 23:01:39.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan
2017-01-04 00:30:24.0 佛山city Post Office parcel 集邮局 customs scan
2017-01-04 13:23:28.0 leaving 佛山city Post Office parcel 集邮局 ，next station 南海
2017-01-04 13:29:04.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared

Please let me know.

1. Your parcel is On Route/In Transit to your country the Netherlands.

2. It can take 2 to 3 weeks for the parcel to arrive in your country.

3. Now what needs to happen is Post NL scan your parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it.

4. Just continue to track your parcel on the Post NL site for any new movement.
