Post Slow Package Still coming?

Hi I've Been tracking these two packages of mine RG140228006CN and RJ365714392CN
since they started their journey on the 5th of March. It seems like the packages are stuck in Guangzhou, Tracking has said this for a over a month now for both:

2015-03-11 15:16:28.0 Guangzhou Transit Station customs scan

Is my Package still on its way? Or should I be worried that it has not moved in such a long time?

It is only wigs, so I know it doesn't violate the new battery law.

shipping to South Africa normally will take about 40 days. So if you can not get it by next week, you need open dispute.

Hi iv been tracking a package RJ672237590CN, I have been tracking it for over 2 weeks and they are not updating it's whereabouts, could you please tell me where my package is and when I will be receiving it
