Post Situation of package LX909466386CN

Hello. I have a package (LX909466386CN) that should have arrived by 15 August and it didn't made it. When I looked for the tracking number, it says that it has been delivered. I'm in UK. Can someone help me to track down which company in the UK took the package for delivery? So I can know who to call to inquire about my package?

I hope someone here can help me with this.

http://track-chinapost.com/starteub.php?code=LX909466386CN shows the parcel was delivered on July 24. Royal Mail is responsible for delivery, contact them for delivery detail.
