Hi,

I received a tracking id on May 9th and no updates as yet.
What is the estimated time of delivery between Canada and China?
Is this delay normal?

you'd better post tracking number to get help. Different service arrival time from China to Canada is quite different.

Thanks. The tracking number is LL239985519CN.
When i tried it today, it came back with a No shipping record message.

no shipping record means your seller did not ship you anything.

If you just got this number, you need push seller to ship the goods immediately. tell him if you can not get tracking result in next 3 days, you will open dispute against fraud.

if you have get this tracking number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress, please open dispute against fraud immediately.
