Packaged states it departed facility in shanghai on July 4 the package has not been received yet. Is there a way to find out when it will be delivered or where it is currently? Tracking number from USA is UH024909325US

this kind of U***US parcel is USPS first class mail. USPS does not pay China Post to scan and update its delivery status. So you can not know where it is now. Next time you need use USPS priority mail or Express Mail to send parcel to China. China Post will scan and update their delivery status in China.
