Post Shipment stuck in HK for a week

please help me figuring out why my shipment is stuck in HK for a week so far without any update as the supplier is not answering my questions anymore,
tracking number is CP288434747CN
it is coming to Saudi Arabia,
is there anything I can do to expedite this?

CP288434747CN is surface parcel for heavy item. you need wait a couple of month to get the goods. it is very slow.

Not once it's in transit, otherwise you have to order by courier like UPS, DHL or Fedex.

No way to expedite this parcel.

the tracking now says Departed From OutWard office of exchange to - JEDDAH, how long does this usually take?

is it normal for the shipment to have the same status since the 18th of December? I am really sorry if I am bugging you with my questions but the supplier stopped replying to my emails and Skype!
