Almost 2 months over now also I did not receive my parcel. Now the shipment is in Bangalore Customs,I contacted with customs but they told they are not responsible for delay,contact with courier and ask them to co-operate with customs to get it released fast. Can you deliver it fast? Parcel is already in my city(Bangalore) under customs. Because I am gonna leave my city (Bangalore) on 6th Jan for vacation for 1 month,nobody will be there for receive the parcel So can you please deliver it on or before 5th jan?

I think this is not a fair reply, china post is the courier service for this shipment not india post. If india post is local agent of china post, then you should contact with them and help me to get it fast. I tried to contact with them but they told they can't help me, in their site also there is no tracking information for this shipment. Plz help me
