Hi,

My shipment was returned to China due to adress not found.
Tracking information now shows that parcel is in Beijing and I would like it to be sent once again to the same adress in Croatia.
The adress is correct and it was a mistake from Croatian postman .

once parcel is returned, it can not be sent back. you need ask seller send you a new one.

Can you please confirm if the parcel was returned to seller cause they say it wasn't.
