I'd contact PostNL and see if they have any idea when your parcel should be expected, or how long it's expected to take. Failing that, either open a dispute to your seller for non-receipt, or keep waiting, up to you.

shipping info. updated finally today,
04-Nov-2015 11:10 Held by customs

but frankly,I dont think 10 days is normal for EMS,isn't it?

No, not as far as I know, though honestly my experience with EMS is between China/Hong Kong/Singapore/etc and Europe is fairly limited. EMS is supposed to allow postal services to compete with couriers like Fedex, UPS, etc...so I get the impression that EMS to a major destination like the Netherlands should still only take about five business days on average, but I could be wrong. Maybe somebody more familiar with using it could chime in. ^_^

EMS usually has guaranteed delivery dates, but I can't seem to find what the standard is from China to Netherlands. If your seller wants to take up a claim with China Post, though, you could end up with your EMS charges being refunded.

In addition to being handled more quickly by postal operators, EMS is also supposed to receive priority in customs clearance. Hoping your item gets back under way to you soon.
