Hello,

I made orders with tracking numbers
RB494388812CN: sent to airline February 25th
RC588393436CN: sent to airline March 4th
RC223014224CN: sent to airline March 4th

I live in Brazil. How long does it take for it to arrive in my country after it was sent to the airline?

normally it will take about 2 to 5 weeks to arrive Brazil after sent to airline date.

http://track-chinapost.com/start_brazilpost.php shows the parcel was sent to Brazil airport on May 7. It should have arrived Brazil for long time. Check with Brazil post for detail information about this parcel, if they don't response you, it might be lost.

the parcel seems stuck in customs. any battery inside?
