Post "sent to airline" duplicate?

My parcel number is RG710878211CN. On 26. January I got a information "sent to airline". But on 13. February I got that message again. I don't understand that and can you explain me what means that and where is my package now? Destination country is Serbia. Thanks.

first sent to airline did not get flight space. So China Post sent it to airline again on Feb 13. flight space to Serbia is limited. I hope this time it has caught flight to Europe.
